We needed something to take care of the water coming into our basement.  The system seems to be doing its job.  With the amount of rain we had there's not a drop that has shown up on our floor.  Before the installation we would have been vacuuming for sure!

I hired Wilcox Basement Systems because of the thoroughness of the site examination and the solutions available.  Also their knowledge of the Mohawk Valley area and terrain "high water table".  They were recommended by previous clients.  My sump pump runs so little and sounds like a "toilet flush"-so unobtrusive yet so effective.  I am most impressed with the "good looks" of the trench and covered sump hole.
