I am the manager of a campground in Pennellville. We have an A-frame style Rec Hall with a basement which had been used as a game room in the past. The state of the walls and floor are making its continued use unlikely. The floors are damp around the perimeter and the walls show signs of water and mold damage. I inspected the walls today hoping that I could tackle the job myself with bleach, Drylok, and patience however the wall beneath the paint was loose, crumbly, and very damp. The building is old and is located in a wooded area at the top of a bluff overlooking the lake where the soil is mostly sand and gravel. At this point I'd like to know if it is possible to repair and, if so, if it would be worth the expense. Thanks for you time.
