The other companies I had assess the job were in and out within 20 minutes.  Also the bid proposals were not specific as to what was going to be performed.  Mike Dorsino took his time in both- writing the contract and assessing the job.  He answered all of my questions and was willing to stay until all concerns were answered.  Bill and David Wilcox were also available and open to answer any questions.  Very satisified!

Last month, your staff from Wilcox Basement Systems installed a WaterGuard waterproofing system in our home.  Before the installation our basement routinely flooded whenever there was a heavy rain.  Even when it wasn't raining, the blocks were soaked through with water, and we ran a dehumidifier continuously. We are pleased to write that there have been several heavy downpours since the installation, and the basement has stayed completely dry!  Needless to say, we are very impressed with the system. We were also impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the installation team.  There were meticulous, worked diligently, and cleaned up everything before leaving at the end of the day.
