Last month, your staff from Wilcox Basement Systems installed a WaterGuard waterproofing system in our home.  Before the installation our basement routinely flooded whenever there was a heavy rain.  Even when it wasn't raining, the blocks were soaked through with water, and we ran a dehumidifier continuously.

We are pleased to write that there have been several heavy downpours since the installation, and the basement has stayed completely dry!  Needless to say, we are very impressed with the system.

We were also impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the installation team.  There were meticulous, worked diligently, and cleaned up everything before leaving at the end of the day.
