My existing (old?) sump pump with battery back-up pump is not working well. The sump pump takes a long time to empty the water out of the hole; over 5 minutes. I timed it at 7 minutes this morning. I don't think the battery back-up works anymore. I would like to get it fixed or replaced before it actually stops working and causes water damage in the cellar. I would like to get an assessment and quote. I work M-F, usually home ~4:30 PM. I can take off time if necessary to be home for an appt, preferably later in the afternoon.

I need a quote to repair 3/4 length of foundation from corner to just past center. It is old stone and the depth of the basement is less than 5', the corner seems to have settled. I'd like it built back up and it would include 1 basement window.
