We have a sub pump running in our basement all year round, the only months it is dry are July and August. We are seeing a lot of mold and it's having a negative impact on our furnace which is located in the basement. We have half concrete half dirt floor and rock walls. We would like an estimate to do work to reduce the moisture and make it a healthier space to have below our home.
