Homeowner contacted us with ongoing smells on the 1st floor, possible mold concerns, looking to encapsulate the 2.5' height crawlspace under the home as well as install new support posts. Wilcox Basement Systems, Inc. fully encapsulated the crawlspace creating a dry, clean and usable storage space.
Crawlspace in Manlius, NY had hanging moldy/wet insulation blankets, wet/dirty plastic covering dirt ground creating a cold and damp area. After encapsulation of crawlspace-the area is much more comfortable when accessing.

Water coming into basement. I can mail pics if you want to see. Basement clean, no stuff, but water dribbles :) Dad died in Feb and I'm getting his house fixed up for resale. Need hopefully an inexpensive fix. Drylock not working. Looking for help. Might have to bight the bullet and get the Wilcox system, but maybe your guys can suggest an alternative. Dad had basement waterproofed many years ago but I think it's failing now. Help! Not sure what to do.

Water damage in basement (partially finished ) need an estimate to get it back up and running
Project Location: Manlius, NY
We've lived in this location for 11 years, but starting two years ago, the basement foundation started leaking during the snow-melting process in the transitional season between Winter and Spring. I suspect foundation failure due to tree roots from the outside, but can't be sure.
The basement is partially finished and I have removed a section of the wall to expose the foundation on the inside and can tell it's damp and am pretty sure I can see the water path stained into the cinder-block. We are planning to complete the finishing of the basement and want to prevent leaking going forward.
