Just had an offer accepted on a second home In Lowville. The home is built on piers and sonotubes. It looks like it needs to be skirted around the house and I would like a vapor barrier and insulation as well to keep the bottom of the home air tight since we plan. To use it a lot in the winter. Was just curious round about what it would cost and if you work on post and pier homes and do skirting

We have a stone foundation and one wall is leaking water and some of the stones are loose. Some of the walls have been reinforced with concrete already by previous owners. We would like quotes on any possible solutions to the problem.

I've had water coming into my basement for several years. It's an older home, and years ago the front wall caved in. I also have a natural spring that is coming through the floor. I have noticed mold and more wetness, one spot that is wet now, I've never seen before. Not only am I concerned about the structure, but also my health.
Thank you for your quick response.

Wet basement can't store anything in it.
1914 stone foundationn 18" to 24" thick stone with mortar.
water weeps through the walls.
has puddled on the concrete floor
it is not condensation (the far floor is not damp, only the uphill side)
Yes, some of it is surface water, but most is from the wet hillside the house is built in. It is the bottom 36" that is wettest; the top 36" does not weep.
