Have been getting water in basement-coming through were wall meets floor on back and side wall of basement-also need work on foundation.

My wife and I are considering using our VA home loan to purchase the home we are currently leasing; however, I have some concerns about the foundation. The home was built in 1900 and is "sagging" quite a bit. Before we place a bid for the home, we would like to have an idea of what the cost will be to repair the home in order to include it in the VA loan request amount. Thank you.
