We moved into a house almost two years ago and we are seeing a water leak in the finished basement. The house was built in 2002. I dug down outside and removed the drywall inside to find the leak. I would have fixed the leak myself, but I am concerned about the general wetness that is extending way beyond the point of the leak. In fact, the 16" beam that is sitting on top the foundation is wet and that is about 4ft above where we think the leak is.
